Hi, my name is Chris Kabbash. As an alumnus of STAB (1984) and Virginia Tech (2001) I was excited to return to Charlottesville in 2004 after working with a successful startup that went public.
Since 2004 I have been busy in the Real Estate business. I broker real estate transactions but also manage, buy and sell investment and development projects regionally giving me a unique perspective on the market.
Sure, I help people buy and sell real estate like other Realtors. But the reason why I do that is because I believe that the real estate experience is a gateway to the next chapter of your life. The process should be a happy one. I love real estate but my interests go well beyond that. Favorite sporting activity
I enjoy officiating high school and college lacrosse and football, as well as playing club lacrosse for a number of teams throughout the country.
Winter months
In the winter months, I enjoy teaching skiing and Ski Patrol and have worked at both Massanutten and Wintergreen locally as well as resorts in Colorado and Wyoming in my younger years.
